STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARITIME ECONOMY IN FUJIAN

Abstract  Based on the comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of economic development in Fujian, the resources potential of maritime economic development are appraised into full play. And through analysis of the present situation, it is brought to light in the course of Fujian maritime economic development that the levels of maritime exploitation and the production structure are quite low, and all the utilized-styles of maritime resources is not rational. Even the environmental pollution is serious, the development of science and technology and comprehensive management of ocean relatively fall behind, and so on. In addition, this essay advances countermeasures about maritime economic development in Fujian from a continued economy point of view, and probes into a train of thought about key industrial development of maritime economy.
